Print Paint Pot’s two hour pottery wheel class is great value and ideal for anyone with zero experience who wants to try the wheel to see if they like it before taking on a four-week course! to learn all the tricks. We provide aprons and your creations after firing will be microwave, dishwasher, food and oven safe.

The wheel can be a tricky one to learn so you're unlikely to master it in just a single session - But Print Paint Pot do provide unlimited balls of clay for unlimited attempts. Because the more you do the better you get. The clay offered in this class is a buttery soft speckled stoneware clay that magically transforms from a beautiful burnt brown colour to a lovely glossy speckled neutral pot which is dishwasher, microwave, oven and food safe after firing. This transformations is truly surprising and a great way to be in awe and wonder of the alchemy that is firing to stoneware temperatures (1200 + degrees).

This two hour pottery class with Print Paint Pot is an ideal amount of time to learn the foundations of stoneware ceramics and wheel throwing, it includes approximately 15 minutes of studio introduction explaining the pottery process and wheel demonstration, 90 minutes of wheel time and 15 for cleaning up your wheel and photo opportunities at the end of your class.

Their class is all about good vibes and fun times in a fun and vibrant studio with friendly and funny teachers with 8+ years experience teaching one-off beginner friendly classes. This studio’s welcoming approach for complete beginners is down to earth and excited to share the joy and wonder of stoneware wheel thrown pottery.

* Kids 8+ are welcome to join class with or without their guardian any session starting before 4pm. Kids under 8 are welcome to attend with a guardian and share a wheel. A fun clay play date with yours kids :)

* Sessions starting 4pm onwards are 18+ making it perfect for date night, girls night or friends and family bonding.

• While Print Paint Pot do specialise in Date Night pottery classes. It is good to know this class is also a popular activity for friends catch up, family bonding, team building, birthday celebrations, hens and any celebration.

• Beginner friendly

• Watching / Googling the movie Ghost is recommended to prepare for an optional ‘ Ghost Movie ‘ photo opportunity. Great for a lol :)

• Dress for mess, nails cut short, hair tied back, leaving valuables at home (highly recommended)
